Central Hotel Panama
Central Hotel Panama is Panama City’s most historical hotel. The first time it was inaugurated was in 1874. This hotel, located in the Cathedral Plaza of Casco Viejo, went through a long refurbishing process and opened again in October, 2016. Famous people such as count Ferdinand de Lesseps and Theodore Roosevelt stayed there once.

Bistró Central is a new approach on Panamanian cuisine taking its roots from the indigenous Guna and the Cucuá culture.
